Prices shown on our website are starting prices. Final pricing depends on the home and the work required, and will be confirmed with you before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Appointments
Arrival times are provided as a window. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
- Program: LST Cleanflow sends appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, estimate follow-ups, and service updates by text message to customers who opt in.
- Opt-in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website form or by otherwise agreeing to receive texts from us. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and requests.
